Return to Draka quest bugged - can’t interact with Draka even though there is a quest completed indicator

I am also having this issue, however the NPC isn’t in the correct spot and doesn’t show a quest icon at all for me.
Whatever you do DONT ABANDON THE QUEST TO TRY TO RESET IT.
I did and now I’m soft locked and cant pick the quest back up.
The chick in the maw doesn’t have anything and neither does Bolvar.
You have to finish the 3 daily quest quest to move on along with the “return to draka”
Draka in wrong spot and talking to her does nothing, moving to where the quest marker is and standing there does nothing. Reseting and flying back or hearthing or using ancestrall recall made no differance.
Having this exact issue? does anyone have a solution?
Do 3 world quests and it will correct the problem.

Can confirm, finish the quest Calling in Maldraxxus and she moves to the correct spot
