Return the old UI

yeah…we can. and weve BEEN TRYING to help you all but youre being insulting to the point of being ignored today instead of accepting WE DIDNT MAKE THESE CHANGES and WE ARE TRYING TO HELP YOU!

wrong.
if you are INSULTING me over a video game when Im trying to help…no… I wont just be walking away. I’ll be putting you on ignore because youre clearly not someone I intend on dealing with ever again.

But I don’t, and respectfully I don’t need help - as there is nothing to learn in terms of liking the new art. I know how to edit the new UI. I know how to use elvui. Me knowing how to edit and move the elements around does not fix the issue I’m having.

(Same here, not a fan of them removing the old cheetah form. The new cheetah is great for those that like it, but they really should add a glyph or something to get “retro cheetah”)

Where am I being insulting? Like did you read my post at all?

take your own advice and READ. “you all” the group you represent. those having trouble with the UI.
dont cherry pick my quotes out of context, thanks

Does this fix the issue with open bags overlapping with the right-side vertical action bars? I noticed a very annoying issue/bug this morning while trying to move something in my bag… some items I could move, like cloth. but a few items in my bag, the second I selected them the action bar would suddenly overlap with my bags, thus stopping me from moving the item within my bag.

Also, does this fix the over-sized “mini” map? I can’t tell from the image you posted (thanks for posting that, by the way).

I was wondering what these little smears on my mini-map were when I suddenly realized they were teeny tiny little leaves: herbalism nodes.

I can’t say that I particularly like the new look for nodes, at least, not herbalism. I find them too hard to notice on the mini-map. The dots were ok, maybe not ideal, but still, at least they stuck out graphically on the mini-map. I haven’t tried tracking on my other gathering toons yet, so don’t know what fishing or mining look like. I’ll have to check that later.

It is. What you just showed me is the older layout…

This is the layout right before Dragonflight

Now

That was introduced in SL.

That’s actually a menu option. If you turned on the bars in Bartender only, the bags would overlap.

You needed to enable the bars in built-in UI too, then the bags would react correctly even if those built-in bars never actually showed.

Ok so what ? You want the old layout, the older layout or the older older older layout ? lol

same here…noticed it last evening. bag jumps behind the action bar if youre moving something to those slots.
hoping that gets fixed soon enough.

AHA!!!
I get now why the bags were overlapping… I had moved the bars to the right a bit further, and apparently, this breaks the default behaviour of not having bags overlap with the bars.
