Return of the black prince does not appear

I DID THE ENTIRE WAR CAMPAIGN, AND NOW IN THE MISSION return of the black prince, DOES NOT APPEAR AUTOMATICALLY. SOMEONE WHO HAD THIS PROBLEM SOLVED?

Did you do the quest to unlock essences? The Black Prince quest should pop up once you’ve completed the initial essence chain the next time you go to Boralas/Zuldazar (or if you relog.)
