Am unable to receive the quest. The quest giver has nothing to give me. I am currently renown 16. I have tried having people share the 5 soul and the 10 soul quest and both say i am ineligible.

Same thing happened to my Priest character. I hit Renown 15 today and the souls quest disappeared. Stuck at 16 after doing the covenant quest.
not sure what happened, but i just turned off wm and went back to the base and now i can grab the 10 soul quest. So try doin it in the wm on/off opposite what was giving you issue
Exact same thing happened to me. I forgot I had the quest to hit renown 15 so dropped the quest to collect souls hoping it would update to the new limit once I ranked up. I could see that quest npc as I turned in the renown quest and the yellow ! over the soul npc just vanished. I’ve tried relogging and changing zones but that has not done anything for this issue.
try grabbing quest in the wm on/off opposite what was giving you issue

I think they just fixed it. I didn’t change anything and the quest is there now.
Yeah the quest is there for me now. Either from Blizz fixing it or the WM on/off thing.
