Please retune Ice Crown Citadel for season 4, you could easily work that into a “memory” in the story. Or just retune Nighthold if you just want to give us a fun raid to bide time. Please don’t make us go through the raids we just spent a content drought through. The thought of going right back to the raids we just spent wayyy to long in does not appeal to me at all.

They’re not going to do that because it would get people talking about Arthas and how much better the writing was then. Danuser would call into work for half a year as he sobbed into his Sylvanas bodypillow because people like a long done character over his new Sylvanas he devotes his effort into basing the entire story around.
He hasn’t quite figured out that’s half of the problem and the other half is he writes a story far less coherent than what a bunch of acid tripping twelve year olds writing fanfiction would come up.

Idk, I think it’s obvious they don’t care enough about the story to take anything like that into consideration. I mean if you look at the way shadowlands wrapped up between the jailer just being like “ah ya got me” and then pelegos who is very wrong for the job becoming the next arbiter. His character is a pushover that can’t make a hard decision. Maybe that was planned for the covenant leaders benefit idk.

This feeds right into my desire for permanent Timewalking for dungeons and raids. 
It would be so fun to go back into ICC. A bunch of guildies never experienced it.
Keep asking for old content. Soon, that’s all you’ll have.

You realize of course that you are suggesting Blizz do the very thing you don’t want, having players do a raid they feel they spent too much time in, to wrath players that don’t want to see ICC ever again?

It actually wouldn’t. The bosses are all mechanically easy and same for the trash. POS just gets a bad rap because bads/lazies disrespect it and try and ignore everything. Actual quality mythic+ players wouldn’t even be phased.
It really wasn’t that bad. And there are tons of possibilities for skips or different routes, lots of room to move around, interesting boss mechanics. Only really annoying bit is the gauntlet at the end, but…
Dangit, now I really, really want these three dungeons in m+. 
That’s all we’re getting, and I’d rather see icc than the last 3 raids again. It’s not about asking for old content is about asking for a different old content than the ones we just did. We can’t change that there won’t be a new raid but we might be able to change what old raid we get in season 4.

You realize that was 14 years ago right? And you would rather do the same raids we just spent the last 1.5 years in. That makes no sense.
I don’t see why they don’t just make the TWing raids active for a while…

Icecrown should be part of Timewalking. Those M+ dungeons should be part of Timewalking.
Advocating for more rehashed content outside of that event is just going to make them think that this is how they should do seasons every time. And it will continue to negate Timewalking until it doesn’t exist.
You realize all we are getting for season 4 is rehashed content right? And if they did modernize icc it could actually go into the timewalking rotation later. Honestly I would prefer doing Nighthold again over anything else but icc would be in the theme of the xpac.
You realize that blue post specifically said this might be what seasons are moving forward, right?
I’m pushing back against that. Because the more people ask for old stuff, the more they’ll think this is good design and you’ll be getting this every season.
