Rets stopping ray of frost?

Damn ok lol

Searing glare says targets hit with it have attacks that “miss” for 4 seconds. But I havent found many abilities it actually makes miss.

Yea I never knew it makes ray miss, because I think my aoe abilities like frostbomb,db still seem to hit them when they cast it lol but my polymorphs and rays miss. I think my frostbolt will still hit through searing glare not positive though. If I have the debuff and I’m 35 yards away will it still miss or do I have to be within 25 yards still?

weird, since searing glare is almost exactly the same as aspect of the turtle + cloak of shadows, bar the fact that its a targeted debuff instead of a self buff.
Using wowhead since searing glare is a pvp talent so simc doesn’t care about it

Still, it shouldn’t interrupt the damage/casting part of Ray of Frost. That to me looks like a bug in that PvP talent doing more than immuning snares. I would say submitting a bug report ticket may clarify the subject.

Its also a 45 second CD with a 1.5 second cast I think. So if a paladin never misses hiting you with it, its never interupted with a cc or interupt, and it is used on CD, you still have 46.5 seconds you wont miss of every 50.5 seconds. If you interupt it with an interupt the caster is holy locked and cant do much for a while, however if you interupt it with cc they can cast it again once they control their character again, being out of los would probably stop its effect AND will certainly put it on its 45second CD.
