The one thing I’ve wanted more than anything else in this game, and the latest wowcast has me realizing they’re STILL reluctant to just DO IT. The one guy is saying “some of the reputation really has emphasis on the specific character being exalted.” They’re contradicting themselves. You said you want it about the PLAYER, not the CHARACTER.

Is there any speculation on which legacy reps won’t be account-bound?

No legacy reps will be account wide in the next expansion, only WW reps. Accountwide legacy reps will come along the line, whatever that means. My guess is during Midnight (patch 12.0).
