I have been trying to get mail back from being lost for 2 weeks almost 3 now and have put in several tickets. The GM’s acknowledged the error was happening but are now saying there is nothing wrong with their system. I get “502 Server Error please try again in 30 seconds”. Doesn’t matter what browser I use I still get the error. I can get it to go through on toons that I know to not have any mail lost but any toons that have mail that’s lost I get this error on. I have had GM’s in the past restore mail for me but the GM’s are refusing to do it when it is a bug on their end atm and I have posted several screenshots with my tickets. My ticket number is 108143073
