Season 3 is nothing but a priority change in AOE and ST, it’s your BASIC rotation, how can it feel bad? S2 FORCES you to use Hammer of Wrath in AOE, which you don’t normally do, ever.
He doesn’t care, he lives in a delusional world where S2 made Ret good in PVP, it’s just not true, mathematically impossible, damage is easily comparable between S2 and 3 for PVP. Ret was better in S2 than 3 simply because of issues that exist for Ret as a whole, scaling being the biggest offender and the fact you are stacking 2 of the worst scaling stats for Ret in PVP, of course it won’t be as good, it literally CANNOT.

It doesn’t force you to use HoW in aoe, the priority for HoW in aoe doesn’t change.
You always used it last, when you had nothing else left to press, with or without the s2 set.

To then in his next post pivot how he meant it for season 4 with adjusted numbers to make s2 set better?

s2 didnt force you to use hammer in aoe, it was still lowest priority and only used if you had nothing else (or sometimes on low hp mobs for extra holy power because of that one talent)

S2 set was never better in single target, S2 set was just worse in every aspect of pve gameplay.
It is a pivot, since you switched from “S2 was always better in single target” to “S2 is gonna be better with adjusted numbers and you should focus on that” in a single post thinking no one would notice.
