Retribution Paladin Hammer of Wrath

Play as a Retribution Paladin.
After last update, Hammer of Wrath stopped working with 2 charges.

I have Vanguard’ Momentum learned.
In the action bar, it shows 2 charges.
However, when casting, it goes straight to 0 charges and therefore, cannot cast it again.
Disabled the addons, removed the macros, reloaded UI, logout and login and nothing worked.

This is capping damage in huge ways.

It’s a 4-set interaction with the talent, if you take your 4-set off it works correctly. Affecting every ret atm.

Yep, the old bug from 10.1.0 release where 4 sets consumes both charges of Hammer of Wrath.

Fix Execution Sentence being bugged since 10.0.7, while at it.
