Are they going to replace Burn to Ashes with something that actually works any time soon? It modifies Truth’s Wake, which was deleted.
On Beta, Wake of Ashes has additional effects compared to Live. You can see when you mouse over the tooltip that it’s applies a burn debuff called Truth’s Wake.
TLDR: The talent got baked into the ability baseline.
