The problem with that talent is the free frenzy! But without it , feral has an extra gcd before he can do dmg. That’s the main problem and blizzard try’s to fix it that way. They should just remove it and make it castable in catform. Fishing for frenzy with clone spam is not fun for the the feral and the enemy team.
But feral is still way too squishy and can easily shut down by just train from start to finish.
