Seething Shore is boring but it gives the most amount of actual PvP along with Mines for random BG’s.
The RNG is created by the players. That’s actually one of the biggest arguments of PVP vs PVE is that you’re responding to largely unpredictable player actions and responses instead of scripted mechanics.
All the complaints are derived from poor play and lack of awareness. That is not a problem with the BG.
