Hey guys, in the Options menu, and then under the Gameplay section, and in the Combat tab, you can find Personal Resource Display at the very top. I ticked in. And two lines below it, it says Show Special Resources on Targets.
The tooltip for this feature says “Special resources are by default shown below your character. Check to show above enemies”
However, it doesnt work at all. Is this a bug or something?
