Is there an addon that makes your UI look like the one on retail?

I saw an addon called Retail UI but, based on the comments I read, it looks like the project was abandoned.

Yea, project was abandoned, it worked for me on vanilla classic but not anymore now that tbc is out

As of yesterday, Retail UI is now updated for TBC

I used Bartender4 the last time i’ve played Classic if that’s what you’re looking for.
