I am not sure if it is a BUG at all.
But that menu that used to be on the left side next to the Raid Frame, that we use to do the markings, ready check, etc. It used to be visible in the Party Frame as well.
But now it doesn’t for some reason, even if you enable the “Use Raid-Style Party Frames” option, it is only active in the Raid frame. I’ve looked through all the options and there doesn’t seem to be anything to change this.
I second this. One of my characters did a mythic with a guild group. As the tank I was given lead to do my normal thing of placing markers and doing the ready check. I informed the group I couldn’t do it that way any longer and expressed the issue to them and they too couldn’t get that side menu to open.
This new Ui is good in some ways but very bad in others in that it’s taken away so many features that we had been using… this party menu, the mini map tracking to remove target zone lines, etc.
