I pre-purchased the next xpac and wanted to use the lvl 70 boost, but it’s not an option for any of my level 60 alts. It will let me make a new character, but I already have every class and don’t want to make a new character. This is not listed as one of the limitations anywhere. What gives?

Thanks, Cooperbrew. I read all of that before posting here. I don’t see where it says you can’t boost from 60 to 70 though. Am I missing something?
Yw… Just wanted to confirm that you read the page. However, The boost could take as long as it needs to confirm the payment method. Plus with it being the weekend you may have to wait till your bank confirms and clears the pending amount. Have you checked your bank account? has the amount cleared? you could wait as much as 24 hours or more again based on the payment method. if by chance it doesn’t clear Mon, you will have to use the second link and open a ticket.

You were right. I just needed to be patient. What threw me was that it would let me boost my low level bank alt or make a new character but I couldn’t boost any of my 60’s. It’s resolved now. Thanks again!
