tbc was my favorite expansion, but the past is the past. Also, from what i hear players played classic a lot differently than they did vanilla.

The problem with TBC and WOTLK having mass appeal is the difficulty of the content. There just isn’t any.
I mean, retail is killing retail, lol. It doesn’t need an assist from BC.

You’re so sure of yourself, with your one post count, that WoW is just going to die with tbc servers.
Ordinarily I’d just ignore this type of comment. But you just make it so easy.
Also BC classic and Shadowlands would be both technically retail. I’m not sure why the community keeps saying retail wow when that was only a thing to compare to private servers.

TBC is (by far) the best expansion in my view.
But it still won’t touch retail. I’m the biggest fan of TBC ever, and even I won’t play it.
Why? Because just like Vanilla, the dungeons are quickly irrelevant, along with all other content. While it was hard and challenging doing Heroics back in the day, it’ll just be ezcake now. And slow having to CC mobs and split pull packs etc.
If it had m+, i’d be there in a heartbeat.
