What do you mean? You got the quest starter, and the rewards show 3K Delver’s Journey in red text as if it would exceed a cap?
That seems to be the remains of early intentions for this currency. I think they planned a weekly cap of 4200 Journey but that was never or is no longer active. If we have a cap, then probably tied to 28 Warband Bountiful Delves like Brann’s XP.
They also doubled some of the rewards, e.g. it was 1500 Journey early on.
With the Journey you have and the 3K the quest still recognizes this non-existing cap and returns a red number as if you’d lose some of the reward. But you won’t, people who had that last week got their full 3K+25% bonus incl. unlocking the next Perk.
