Like legitimately warrior doing more than 12k a global non crit on anything is actually bonkers. Forget that, that’s 1/2 a fully geared toons health bar with a single global from a class with double mortal strike. This legit crits for 34-40k on a 30 verse target. Guess who stacks crit for their most secondary? Venth warriors.

Just leave it and make def stance 10/10 in PvP, put disarm on 1.5m cd, baseline intervene is 1 hit, with the pvp talent revamp give them a suped up version that lasts 3 sec, and get rid of death sentence condemn charge unless under 20/35% health.
