There is ZERO synergy in the p8 set bonuses for ret. At this rate not one spec will run anything above 2 set. Please review the set bonuses and actually make them useful. It’s like the devs who design these set bonuses don’t play the game. We had this issue last phase PTR initially too.

At first glance it seems very synergistic until you go into the numbers, Dropping the stacks of holy power is such a loss compared to gaining a single boosted hit and short duration 30% AP
If the stats on the gear are too good to pass up we might even run the set without pressing diving storm as a spender and never gaining the 30% AP bonus
not to mention Exodin is looking like it’s going to end up atleast 5k dps lower than the next spec
