Rerolling demo lock currently 
I have the feeling that people are kinda nostalgic when they talk about Ele being too strong right now.
He WAS strong pre 10.0.7.
Right now he is pretty mediocre with Rets/Hunters/MWeavers/Rhsmans in every game.
All these classes can remove Flameshock. And Ret even when he is in your team (with Blind).
I can’t count the games where I build up my Flameshock on every target over 10+ seconds and then my Ret just blinds EVERYONE and ALL Flameshocks are gone.
MWeaver can remove Flameshocks from whole team with one click too + his normal dispel.
Hunter can remove Flameshock with feign death.
Rshamans being a pain in the a** in general against casters.
You just can’t have Flameshocks up!
The meta atm is hardcounter for Ele.
I wouldn’t even put him in A-Tier rn.

In fact they dont make the partner immortal, most of the time it’s easier to kill a healer than a warlock, the problem is the equally absurd damage that the warlock will do being more free.
I fail to see how removing ret from the ladder completely is a bad thing.
Look. This season is already going to go down as a bad one because of how and when ret paladins happened. But no class should be inviable.
@op all the outliers you mentioned got nerfs except arms war.
Unfortunately ret/demo and ret/war still gonna be the best comps even after the nerfs, but you may also see other teams now.
Rets, Rsham, fw, bmhunters all got meaningful nerfs on tues. Demo got a lovetap.
I really think you just nerf soul leech and ignore pain by like 50% and war and lock are in great spots still.

Not as heavy as in ret obviously, but it does need more nerfs (maybe even a little heavy on warlocks), the monk were good nerfs, but I believe they were insufficient.
I highly doubt that just a reduction in healing on restoration shaman will take him out of the dominance he is doing, with a more significant drop on monk healer, the shaman will dominate even more.
This being just about nerfs, commenting on necessary buffs would take 1 hour of typing. This “right direction” of yours is taking extremely slow steps.
It was just a jest. Patch shouldn’t have even gone live. This is the worst time I’ve had since I started playing again at the end of bfa.
Some classes being overly strong compared to other classes is the norm every season and hence, they are the meta.
10.07 Ret disrupted the entire game. It wasn’t just overly strong or better than everyone else, it was an actual full two tiers at least above the next strongest spec.
There’s always going to be meta. You can learn to play around most of it. There was simply no playing around 10.07 Ret, and every nerf they’ve gotten since is justified
Bro… if you’ve been playing since the end of BFA, and this is the worst time… your problems with the game go WAY beyond this patch.

I miss glyphs a lot 
It was a means of allowing for more customization but it just kind of got sidelined. Kind of a pity. I wonder if they just thought it wasn’t worth the resources because it wasn’t really monetized.
