rets have been viable for 24hrs, time to pull out the nerf ret posts. gotta make sure we stick with the same 4 classes for another year

Id argue warriors are still far worse of a situation than ret is, but it can appear worse when paired with a ret for sure. Can even appear crazy when paired with other high burst classes like MM hunters.

Ret needed the damage increase.

Warriors can zug zug and just pump DPS all game, but a good Ret has to spend globals supporting their team as well as DPSing. The fact a Ret can’t always ZUG and has to spend some globals on Freedom, BoP, Lay, Sac, Searing Glare (cast time), Eternal Flame etc. it means they aren’t pumping all day.

Warriors get crazy base-DPS and they can full pump way more. So yeah, I think the Ret buffs are perfectly fine and warranted.

Prob troll but until warrs stop hitting random 5.5m executes (on top of the big dmg they do) i dont think ret is that bad

no its not. it has been buffed like 4 times because it was unnoticable pad dam. damage is completely fine now.

they do have to be careful tho going forward given how well rets support tools are. but otherwise it doesn’t feel broken in anyway and q’d 30-40 games between 2250-2400 in 3s and fought many rets including vanguards. didnt seem broken in anyway.

Ret is completely busted. Both solo and in team situations. Solo they can stun and instant kill half of all other dps in the game before the stun ends.

In a team environment, the stun + burst is enough to push dps over the healer and secure a kill 90% of the time.

Honestly I am just done with this game. PVP is so stupid now. It is all league of legends. No WoW.

If I wanted to play league of legends i would.

But this is what Asian Esports gets you. Globalism killed WoW pvp.

Nah. Just gotta play full mastery on arms over haste. Feels clunkier for sure, but it’s not even that rare.

HoJ is dispel-able. If the healer isn’t noticing the HoJ and letting their team get cooked, that’s a skill issue on their part. Not a Paladin issue.

Ret damage seems on par with what’s it’s always been, to me. Their survivability and tankiness is a whole other thing though. It’s like, they just won’t die

Thats the thing. And if thyrre supporting their team they can hardly die as well. Maybe its the range when im 30 yard asay getting chunked for 2.5m hammer
