Should I be saving Seraphim and Final Reckoning for when I have wings, or is it better to just use them on CD?

if i understand right, FR have 1 min cd and wings 2 min, so the cds usage would be like

round 1: seraph / fr / wings

round 2: seraph / fr

round 3: seraph / fr / wings

and so on

Wing is 1.5

Pretty sure its 2 min for ret at least

Oh yea, weird I thought it was 2 min for some reason
