It doesnt matter what tank runes they are using. Its a boring out last ur opponent play style. They certainly arent 1 or 2 shotting you. LOL
Earthshield isnt a tank rune, its a healing one. Its healing has already been completely gutted if you arent deep resto.
Shield mastery just increases your chance to block chance and a chance to regen mana while blocking. It isnt a direct damage reduction.
Sham rage is basically a mana regen. Without it, every spec of shaman would be oom in less than a minute. If you want to remove the damage reduction for everybody except for tanks have it. I wont argue with that.

naw . they usually run other runes like shield mastery too but the main rune is way of earth.
honestly like i said its a little more nebulous in what it means but the entire point is to abuse tank runes and be incredibly hard to kill by melee and phys damage people especially.
there are big differences between tank/rest/ele/enh in terms of their damage profiles healing capability and ability to take damage.
please do not try and lump them all together like the mytical 31/31/31 spec shaman exists .
Whats funny is how this thread was about paladins and their current OP burst capabilities due to the new shoulder runeā¦yet somehow paladins have to make it about shamansā¦again.

Bro - im obviously kidding I was there till just before you started the 2v2 tourney.
The only true ele last night was Bonelessā¦ can you get that through ur thick skull? Those other 2 shamans would get in flame shock range and run out rinse and repeat. Super boring to play and watch.
When Meelneer came out I think he was some type of Ele/Tank build that might with rngjesus procs can 2 or 3 shot you.
IDC what spec boneless was, he still dominated alot of people and was playing the weaker spec of shamans, of which most shamans dont even play.
If you play both factions you know which class is stronger. Pallies sure they can burst you, but you can also burst them.
Only hope for vsing a shaman is to have 2 or 3 players attacking them. Youāll never win a 1v1.
- Its not just shamans saying paladins are OPā¦its everybody. Look at the thread again.
- The new shoulder rune has been targeted as the main culprit for rets new OPness this phase.
- Nobody is asking about shamans except paladinsā¦mainly youā¦so you can try and deflect off the main point of this thread.

IF the post was Paladin is op because of the templar rune enchant, this forum would be alot shorter, many paladins would agree. But the topic is paladin overall is op because of the damage we do without being specific just to get the overall class nerfed. when people who have mentioned shamans, we have named MULTIPLE abilities that has been in the game for MULTIPLE phases, But then you respond with pally op because SHOULDER ENCHANT. everyhone has access to all other set bonuses as a enchant to the shoulder, no one has those limitations on their shoulders, but you continue to advocate to further limit the paladin. ignoring the spells you have that offer multiple buffs and should be split into different abilities
