Ret aura bugged

Doesn’t proc 99.99% of the time. Have logs from tonight where of all the pulls it’s only proced one time. Talented out of it for the last couple pulls but everything before that had ret aura active.

Yeah, also Instrument of retribution (wings death proc) doesn’t trigger the actual buff (avenging wrath) just a short wing animation and that is it.
