So with the 4pc making it able to where we can spam TV or DS for 4 seconds due to not losing any Holy Power during that time it will be quite counter productive to do that considering that Hammers have an ICD which kinda makes it to where you dont want to straight spam your HP abilities.
Please think of removing the ICD with this 4pc coming into play
i mean that and its just a weak ability that doesnt do anyuthing of value, we already spam spenders rapidly
A ridiculous amount. If Holy Power accrued very slowly and our spenders hit harder this set bonus would be great. We spam our spenders so much I had to change keybinds to give my thumb some relief.
I’m confused as to why it has an internal cooldown anyhow. Would removing it really increase our damage by so much that it would be problematic?

Not by much, removing the icd makes too much sense so we know it aint happening. I guess blizzard thubks its acceptable for one hero. Spec talent to not work all the time for things we cant control
