They might reset next week but I’m not sure it’s really necessary. Bountiful delves are already limited daily without keys and the rewards are now much lower in item level compared to other types of content compared to season 1.
I honestly think they should just remove coffer keys entirely at this point. They no longer serve an important purpose at all. Being able to do each bountiful delve once per day without having to farm keys wouldn’t be excessively rewarding with the new item levels.

I mean that is 28 delves vs 7 a week which would be a big difference in seasonal progression (IMO).
Bountiful delves in S2 give gear of the same item level as end of dungeon M+2 which can be farmed as much as you have time.
I suppose but they are a different kettle of fish. You can essentially wait for all your cooldowns and basically do a delve at any pace.
Tho to add to your point M+ is already nothing like it was last season. I can self sustain through an 8 and people who were struggling in 4’s are now killing 7/8s. It’s much easier than it was and maybe other content could ease gearing to align.
Yea I think Blizzard might consider world content and delves to be a separate ecosystem and ignore the comparison to M+, though they did that last season in the opposite direction with some negative outcomes.
From player perspectives I don’t think most people view them separately except when they refuse to participate in one of the categories. IE: I don’t do end-game raiding anymore so I ignore it as a potential source of gear.
If you’re willing to do low M+ though it makes delve rewards seem a lot worse this season.
Delves are only worse in the sense that they’re less superior to low keys than they were before.
With delves you get 4-6 guaranteed drops per week depending on key availability. You’d have to time 10-15 m+2 or 3s to average that much loot.
While low keys give more crests, t9s having zero wait time and faster run time will still be a more efficient crest farm for many. Obviously this will be largely dependent on individual circumstances.
M+ doesn’t become clearly superior until m+ 6, which is deep enough in that it would only matter to people who actively want to do m+.

But that’s guaranteed loot with bountiful delves. You’re not getting an item in every key you run, there’s a better chance of you not getting loot from the dungeon.
Delves are significantly easier because they can be solo’d and you can wait for cooldowns. In M+ you can’t do that and succeed, especially if you’re trying to farm dungeons for any drops.
They don’t rest. I’ve earned some this week for s2 and they were just added to my pile
If you are moving slow enough to wait on cooldowns, you would pretty much destroy any perceived gearing speed advantage.
You can still earn S1 conquest so I wouldn’t assume those keys are for S2.
