Anyone else having trouble getting them. I do the special assignments and other activities but the never drop for my main. My alts have many of them, but I can’t seem to get them for my main. What is going on?

You get four per week from your weekly quests
They don’t drop from my weekly quests, none at all, just gold and a handful of crests.

It sounds like you’re part of the bug where weekly progress didn’t reset for you this week.
First two weekly caches give gear. First four give keys.
If you aren’t getting that since yesterday, then I’d put your voice to the Bug Report post on this.

You should get a key in the chest for each of the Weekly’s and/or Special Assignment WQ’s. You’re capped at 4 a week though so if you aren’t getting any either you already got your 4 or something is bugged.
You can get more Keys from Coffer shards via WQ’s and doing Memory events.
weirdly had the do 3 delves back to back yesterday and today
I haven’t gotten any in 2 weeks, I thought that keys were a rng drop. I bought 3 yesterday from the vendor Sir Finely Mrrgglton just to be able to open some and complete the weekly quest.
Well that sucks. I’d definitely post in Bug Reports.
I’d also ask in Customer Support if this is still a bug or if you need to put in a ticket. Hopefully one of the SFAs over there will let you know.
Did a special assignment world quest in Isle of Dorn today as well. No key either.
