Hey is there a new vendor for restored artifacts to get drust fragments? Ive been searching the city for awhile now, and cant seem to find one. I even went to the previous vendors to see if they for some reason sold the new one but unfortunately not. I checked wowhead and a few other places and cant seem to find the information. So any help would be wonderful.
Same here. Someone told me it was because I haven't started the Drustvar quest line? I started in Stormsong
The vendors that accept restored artifacts in exchange for archaeology fragments typically does not have an option for current expansion fragments. The WoD vendor only sold fragments up through Pandaria, Legion vendor had fragments up through WoD, etc.
I have not seen a vendor in Boralus that sells them. So far I've only restored a few Drust artifacts split between the three Alliance zones.

There's one in the Legion Dalaran that you can get the WoD faction pieces from. Still haven't been able to find one in BFA to get the Legion faction pieces from

From a Programmer background I would have to say this is incompetence.

One is coming in 8.1. For Horde, the arch trainer in the Great Seal will be updated as a Restored Artifacts vendor so I assume it's the same for Alli. In general, you can't trade in boxes for current branches though.
