I’ve been working with support through a ticket and they aren’t able to help with anything more than what I have already told them is that there is an issue.
I came back for the last Xpac and used the Gear catch up thing that was there. the items got sent to me and deleted from my mail, I went to restore them and it tells me I can’t. no specific error, just a general error message.
I really want these items have as some aren’t available in game anymore…
Can someone from blizzard actually help here? I’ve been messaging back and forth with support and they can’t or won’t do anything to assist and keep telling me to submit an in game bug for something on the web page.
