I leveled this character to rank 10 in original vanilla pre patch 1.12. I also leveled an alliance character to rank 10 just before before that patch dropped. That was a whole lot of pvp. It was a lot of fun obviously.

Anyways, in all that time I never once saw a twink or a pre-made. Most people don’t realize that for a long time in vanilla you were not even grouped in a bg unless you formed one. At one point it was en vogue for everyone to run around solo because they didn’t want to split the honor they earned. I didnt’ like that but it was standard.

I also remember the first time I saw a twink in a BG. After TBC came out I played for a month then took a long break. I came back several months later, started a new toon and went into a BG and saw people I thought were hacking. Someone explained they were twinks and what that was.

At that point leveling BGs were ruined for most people by a minority that wanted to play godmode.

Last night I did my first BGs in classic. In every game there were a handful of people on each side playing ezmode twinks who queued together. They ruin leveling bgs for everyone else.

The bottom line. PvP in leveling brackets sucks. Please fix this by turning xp on for bgs and allow people to only queue solo.

Doing bgs while leveling was tremendous fun in vanilla. What is going on now is not fun.

The twinks and people that want to premade can do arenas when TBC launches if they are so hardcore and leveling BGs can be left to people who want to have fun.

Leveling in BGs was a thing that came, way, way later. BGs give 0 exp.

BG experience didn’t start till Cata. Dot is correct.

bracket separation didn’t happen till wotlk. Deal with it. Don’t queue till you have acceptable amount of gear or don’t queue at all.

Your reading comprehension is miserable. He obviously meant sub-60 BG’s, not specifically BG’s used to level.

Yeah, lets tear OP apart correctly. He was referring to BGs in the leveling areas, not exp BGs.

But to OP, begone. Twinks aren’t godmode, you just suck.

ROLF! If you think twinks are “god-mode”, what are you going to do when you hit 60?

I remember the non grouping thing but it would depend on server. Illidan had a ton of premades, you just didn’t know unless you realized they were all of the same guild because they were all just on your server. To this day I still remember seeing Tedbell in AB and if I was solo queueing I would just afk because he only played with a premade and we were about to get rolled.

Yet if his premade ran into mine we usually curbstomped his team.

Late Wrath actually. I honestly think 3.3 to be specific.
