Lorewise you gotta bump Trolls up, their whole thing is regeneration and restoration.
Night elf is actually probably lower, they focus more on the Balance/Feral side of druidism because of Elune. Their healers are mostly priests of Elune.
Restoration is probably mostly Tauren and Trolls. Tauren because they focus on the cycle of nature and healing the world. Trolls because of their huge focus on regeneration and their healing factors.
Well you listed HM Tauren twice.
I think that Tauren fit with Druid well, due to their nature connection. They are literally a cow that walks upright so that goes well with the animal / shape-shifting part of being a druid.
I think that a night-elf makes a good Druid also, but there are plenty of examples of night-elf priests in lore also, whereas Tauren feels more directly associated with Resto Druid.
