Blossom of Amirdrassil is Very Good still.
But, you should probably just go OCE + Whispering Incarnate Icon if you can (and since we have bullions, you can).

Depends if you are running verdancy build with double lifebloom and invigorate, which still pumps if people stand in your efflor., seedlings great. but if you are just running pugs and whatnot id go blossom tbh. I get more use out of Fyrakk’s Tainted Rageheart and dps trinket like Beacon to the Beyond though.
