Any good tips to be decent dungeon healer? I usually tank but resto is the healer I can get with. I’m not looking to push content but I still want to be decent.

Check out some resources. Icy Veins has a good guide on resto healing that should get you started.
Some general tips I’ve discovered lately. Set up each fight with Earth Shield on the tank, throw down Healing Rain for the melee, drop a Cloud Burst totem. Throw a Flame Shock on an enemy. Lava Burst whenever the instant procs, full out DPS as much as you can between heals. Heal with Riptide and Healing Wave.
I’d avoid Healing Surge and Chain Heal, they’re not really needed unless crap hits the fan, and you WILL run low on Mana if you abuse them.
Don’t be afraid to pop them cooldowns, even on trash. I find I need them more for big trash pulls than I do for bosses.
If everyone is taking a ton of damage, I tend to prioritize the tank and any DPS that can battle rez.
