I’m just now switching to resto and checked icy veins it says Crit>haste. Is that correct?
Also since I barely get to play much these days, just trying to gear up my shammy here and there. With the way gear currently works (being crappy and unrewarding) are people just grinding for the correct drops stat wise after they have a decent ilvl? Like once you’re in a likable spot then you look at your stats and think ehhh, I guess I’ll keep hoping for that random roll on a piece of gear that I like.
I favor Crit heavily as RShaman. Remember you have the [Resurgence] passive that gives you mana when your spells crit. Additionally it procs on your 4p Set, and requires less stacks to hit 100% crit on Chain heal.
Haste is ~generally~ bad on healers. More casts per minute is more mana spent per minute. So you’d generally if your heals per second are unchanged the lowest haste would be best. That being said, you don’t need to avoid haste entirely.
