how is the resto sham looking for season 2. i keep seein mixed reviews
That’s basically what I’ve been seeing, too. Keep in mind this is strictly for m+, not raiding. But for m+ the vibe so far for rsham is “meh”.
Resto Shamans will always be good because of their utility.
I think my biggest concern is Ancestral Vigor now being 2 points when it should just be baseline and our tierset seems questionable
From a pvp perspective, it is look liking Rsham will be bottom of the pack. Every healer is getting great changes, and then there is rsham…
I was honestly shocked seeing some of the buffs other healers are getting when they are absolutely not needed
Resto Shaman PVP talents are so meh
They are very lack luster. Pretty much every other healer does more damage which is huge for season 2 because mobs have more HP now so healers will be back to needing to deal damage. Their HPS is very meh so as it stands, we are pretty much at the bottom of the healing so far unless they change something.
I plan to swap to ele sham and we’ll get a monk to heal our m+ group. I wasn’t thrilled with how the changes looked. I still plan to raid heal though.
Lowest damage output of all healers. Worst mana consumption of all healers. Great utility for carrying low level pugs. That’s basically it. If you want to try and do any keys higher than a +12 you are wasting your time playing resto shaman. All of my feedback on the forums here has been completely ignored by the devs.
