I noticed where my haste is reducing as I level from 70 - 80 with mainly Dragon Flight gear. I started with 20% haste and it’s down to 10% with only one minor gear change which should have added haste.
I am at 75 and I am at the point where I can no longer effectively heal since casting is so slow.
Has anyone else seen this?

This is common when leveling into a new expansion. As your level goes up, it takes more stats to increase the same percentage point of haste.
For example: at level 70 you may need 500 haste stat to give you 1% more haste. At level 80, 500 haste stat gives alot less, maybe 0.5% haste.
That is just an example. The real numbers (I dont have on me) are posted somewhere online for level 70 and 80 values. Just mean to point out that this is the way scaling works. As you level, so does the amount of stats needed to give you 1% in that particular stat.
