DRE Capstone talent is bugged for resto shaman. For some reason it will not proc while fighting bosses. It procs when fighting trash like crazy. Yet, I’ve done at least 6 boss fights and it didn’t proc even once the entire time. This is with taking Pwave and Primal Tide Core and it still won’t proc. The bug has to be related to being in combat with a raid boss, because it works outside of raid bosses. Very , Very Weird
