I am an experienced wow player who is looking for a new guild for heroic raiding and eventually get into mythic raiding. I have received AOTC and 2500 M+ score on the past 2 expansions. My ideal raid times would be 8pm-11pm Eastern time Monday-Thursday. My current rankings are below.

Hey! Not sure if you’ve found a new home already but would be pumped to chat if you are available, I think you’d slot right in with where we both are. Posting my recruitment post below with contact info!
We are a super chill and inclusive raid group currently 7/8H based on a 2 hours, once a week schedule (8-10pm EST Thurs). We are looking to grow our core further as adding a 2nd night on Mondays 8-10pm EST will cause some shifting in the group.
Currently 7/8, we are relatively newer so this is the first tier we are pushing for AOTC and expect to pick it up here shortly. With that in mind we are looking for dudes ready to hop in as there are some immediate openings, but are down to bring in anyone since once AOTC is achieved, we will be using heroic re-clears to help gear up newer dudes and characters to end up with a larger raid team for whatever happens next (stretch goal would be some lite progression into mythic but not trying to burn anyone out)
Overall we are progressing really nicely for how much rebuilding was done early season, and I think adding this 2nd day will help us hit that next level a little faster and keep on growing.
We are super laid back and welcoming of all people, LGBTQIA+ friendly and new player friendly. We’ve helped a lot of dudes improve in a short period of time and are very protective of the fun group dynamic over bringing in hired guns. We sometimes play other stuff as well 
Our only ask is with shorter raid nights, people show up prepared.
Our role needs:
1 Tank - We have 2 solid tanks, but one will be unavailable every other Monday, so adding that requires a minor shift to keep the group consistent.
3+ Healers - We’ve had some attrition here as some have stopped enjoying healing, or are planning to jump to classic in November, so this is our area of most immediate need
4-5 DPS - We have a solid core of 10-11, want to expand here with more friends to grow the group
