yes the resto druid cant cc because If it ccs its team mate dies and the resto druid cant live with out the whole team stop what they are doing to peel. And the resto druid cant keep people alive with the damage even with the right gear and talents and natural talent. The only people who can play it is rank 1 players with rank1 peels and tournament players and blizz con players please dont use them as an example of saying its viable because its not viable for the average person who doesnt have rank 1 friends who just one shot everything This class needs a buff for healing.

warlock and resto druid both suffer in burst meta, eventho right now I think everyone just insta dead anyway…
hots and dots just dont work in this enviroment

This makes me sad. My druid is lvl 56 already. I had a feeling they’d get pooped on with all this burst because druid hots don’t seem too strong right now.
Nobody in lfg is looking for a resto druid even the worst players know it bad and the slow learners already know it’s bad it’s that obvious this class needs a buff this week .

Not all healers will be strong in all metas.
Druid usually has one of the highest skill caps unless it’s severely overtuned.
It’s currently undertuned during this high burst meta…target swaps and cc seem pretty devastating to druids.
It’s not viable. Not strong is one thing this class just isnt viable it cant do anything but lose

I had to level resto shaman or holy paladin now. Resto druid is doing very bad on ladder in hands of average player. Either they buff it a lot or no point playing it in pvp.
it is not literally terrible but it is kind of disheartening that rdruid cooldowns are so useless
u have to play pretty much flawlessly to have a fairly average result vs extremely average players
and there are a lot of times where u make the best possible play and it simply isn’t enough

My feral partner heal up to 50-60% of my HPally healing amount each match, you dont really need to reroll. Granted I’m actually and bad at H Pally

It’s legitimately the first week of arena. People are missing versatility, soulbinds, defensive conduits, legendaries, etc. The first month or so of every season is always scuffed and it’s been like that since S1 of TBC.
Rdruid is fine.

I think rdruids will be one of the classes that benefit the most from the higher HP pools that renown will give. Also, I think the swiftmend legendary that hopefully we can get next week will help a bit.
Yeah, RDruids are in pretty bad shape.
Worst balancing across the PvP board that I can remember, and I’ve been playing since the beginning. Considering how how hot and bothered Blizzard seems to be about more players participating in rated PvP, you’d think they’d put a little more effort into the state of the game. How anyone thinks Locks, RDruids, Frost DKs and others are remotely on par with Subtlety and MM is beyond me.
Oh well. I look forward to the incompetent reactionary patch down the line.
