I dont know if [Budding Leaves passive]- for Resto druid is not working because it says Life blooms healing is increased by 6% each time it heals up to 90% but when it heals its not gaining any healing increased in the buff.
The buffed worked in the last expansion but now its not working… Maybe the devs need to check again… For M+ druid…you should checked horrible waste of talent.
