Druid was really good at the first like 5-10 weeks of season 1 then instantly fell down the drain quickly with nerfs / meta shift. I am not too sure about the recent buffs we got with 2% & then the budding leaves. I would have to play & check. More buffs will probably be needed as the season progresses.

Didn’t stop them from kneecapping druids and other classes before they got tier last season.

I suppose…why even wait now blizz, nerf us some more.

I think the tier will help some… but it’s nerfed 50% I’m pretty sure.

Idk if i agree with OOM but we are definitely waaaay better than last patch from what I can tell so far. I think were right in the middle of the pack atm.

I do agree the base tree is trash though. Having to take sunfire is really annoying and the lesser used talents in the tier 3 spot on main tree need to be buffed/reworked like ursine vigor and forestwalk. I also hate having to take soothe and Stampeding roar to get Lycara’s.

I think reactive resin could definitely use a little more effectiveness. Maybe make it silence after 2 dispels instead of 3s?

The buffs were good for us. The new tier is much better than the old one and being able to get more mastery from being able to craft pieces with the stats we want will give rdruid more benefit than any other healer. Overall were in a good spot. Disc just needs a slight mana nerf.

please make resto druid not trash at shuffles, i want to help the game function by playing my favorite spec but its terrible

there are a million ways to do this, please just do it

idk rdruid feels pretty damn good so far in my games

2/4 set is pretty insane too, + pace is way slower so i can see rdruid getting better throughout the season

rdruid is no disc priest but to say rdruid is bad is delusional

NS regrowth needs splendor+flash to do its thing (setup+rng), if you use it like an oh sh*t button you get a 50k heal

In shuffle rdruid has:
-no dam
-no offensive utility
-no oh sh*t buttons
-mid throughput at best
-the least damp friendly kit

All that mobility and bear form for nothing

I encourage anyone to check out the vods from when Pika pushed rdruid in shuffle. The guy was raging. He did every healer and said that resto druid was the worst by far.

  • it ooms so freakin fast, especially in 3s when you have to heal multiple targets

  • you can never take advantage of Deep Focus talent’s +40% rejuv

  • your multi-target healing also requires SO MANY gcds (overgrowth cd is way too long)

  • lastly the hots are so weak that it takes so much time to benefit from it in this bursty meta

rdruid is even worse than hpriest

Reactive resin was like 3% of your healing. Maybe extending your rejuv’s at most. But other than that, the healing is not there.

I’ve seen a lot of fried cleanprotein takes in the past week of 20+ pointless threads but this one takes the cake
