Hello,
First time posting in a long time. Played warrior for longest time and now my guild needed another healer so I decided to roll resto druid to help out.
My question is I am trying to find information on ideal haste and mastery for both raid and mythic+, as well as at what point are those diminishing returns on stacking to much. My guild is more of a casual progression guild and I am looking to just make sure I am doing my part. We cleared BoD normal and we start BoD Heroic as a guild this week. I will give a link to my armory so you can look over my gear as well. Any advice would be appreciated.
Cheers,
Vurrex

Don’t worry about your secondaries too much. Item level tends to be the way to go usually.
All of our secondary stats are fairly close to one another in strength and you do not want to neglect any of them. The less you have in a stat usually means it will be more beneficial than additional points in your highest stat.
Looking at your current stat distribution I would imagine crit and versatility would be what you want to shoot for in raids, but run the healer stat weight addon to actually see what your stat weights are.
As for haste and mastery, you typically would prioritize those two stats in dungeons more so than in raids.
Yea Mastery/Haste are the best stats for M+.
Raiding it’s pretty much just ilvl unless your min/max’n
Get this addon: https:// wow.curseforge .com/projects/healerstatweights
Essentially, it gives you a fight by fight real time weighting of each secondary in relation to a point of intelligence. So, for your specific healing style and pattern, you can find out exactly how much each stat is worth. Some fights will showcase different stats. Watch it for awhile and you will start to see the trends.
Read this guide to learn more about using it: https:// questionablyepic .com/hsw/
But yes, Dasilias and Mooing are right. Mastery and Haste are our best for PvE, and most of the time a significant ilvl increase is worth whatever stats it has. The biggest exception might be something like not trading a Mastery/Haste item for a Crit/Versa item within 10 ilvls or so. The addon can let you calculate exactly how much each secondary was worth for a given fight, so you can compare the numbers directly.
