I’m sure that more lackluster set bonuses exist but I’m pretty bummed out about it. It doesn’t proc off efflorescence or lifebloom. What is the point? To get people to waste mana on regrowth? I’m not a math guy but I don’t think you’d get enough mana back to make regrowth worth casting off of it proccing. Very sad. Please fix. Even if the fix is lowering the effectiveness of the rune when it procs through healing. It basically doesn’t exist for me in its current form…same as dream state.

I got all 3 pieces but I think only wearing the boots and using gnomer cloth healer tunic and pants for the mp5 is the play.
I lose so much regen that I don’t get back through dreamstate from the ST set.
Only other thing I can think of is itemize some crit in like the caster +2 crit staff and the healer +1 crit hat.
ST set Pants+boots with Druid ST quest chest is the best choice.
Yes this is very sad. 50% of my 6% crit means 3% of casted spells proc dream state. Spec into 50%crit on regrowth means 1 in 4 regrowths procs dreamstate. Even down ranking to rank 2 is not worth it. And living seed still doesn’t make regrowth worth while.
Absolute garbage set bonus.
Gonna be alot of issues come next phase if they can’t sort basic stuff out.
A fix: make the set bonus work off HoT crits too, reduce it to 30% if you have to.
But they never change these things do they.
Over in the bug report forum someone said that it wasn’t proccing for them at all, from ANY spell. It’s possible the set bonus is just entirely nonfunctional, due to being untested like half the other stuff in P3
I wanted them to give it as a qol change maybe a book… A tier set tho, that’s lazy asf tbh and a wasted set bonus, I been going restokin tbh usually 12th on the dps and still almost top heal from wild growth
