Restart Tortollan scrolls quest

I had deleted a character and lost the tortollan scrolls quest. Can you restart it by finding another scroll or is it gone forever? Thanks for any help!

You should just be able to start over with another drop as far as I know. It’s a per-character quest.

Yep. I had kept discarding the quest, I kept getting it back.

…but seriously, another scroll can drop and re-give you the quest.
