Rest XP gained outside of cities and inns?

Is anyone else getting rest xp when logging out in the world and not just cities and/or inns?

I have, but it seems to be generated at a slower rate. The dark recesses of my memory tells me this is familiar and maybe you did get rested XP, but it was slower if not at an inn/capital.

Correct. I never knew an official stance on it but everyone at the time was convinced inns gave rested at twice the rate

Just being logged off generates rested, just at a slower rate. Always been that way.

You do get this but it is at a 1/4 rate I’ve heard.
