A lot of people meme on Uther you know bluether and all the rest of it but Uther was a absolute CHAD.
In the Arthas: Rise of the lich king book its said that he was completely destroying Arthas he had a aura that almost blinded Arthas and he was about to win until literal plot armor kicked in where somehow frostmourne magically found its way back to his hand force grip style and then a bot started playing perfectly for Arthas all of a sudden it made no sense really.
But yeah Uther was the best paladin ever i think maybe behind Tirion but Tirion never actually fought arthas he just came from behind.
But yeah get some Gigachad for Uther 1 of the only people brave enough to face down Arthas. And also the only person who didn’t get 1 shotted in the fight

Still a load of nonsense he’s never punished for what he did to Arthas

What do you mean what he did
Dropping his soul into the maw
Ah yes, noble Uther who led a murderous rampage across Bastion because he felt bad about Arthas.
He belongs in the Maw holding Sylvanas’s purse.

Uther is the symbol of all that is wrong with Azeroth. And he should have gone to hell, and ended like Arthas, as an whisp fart.
I think that was devos im pretty sure Uther was to busy having a full blown mental breakdown
Can’t kill what’s already dead!

And the many innocents slaughtered in Bastion.

Uther still attacked Kyrian
“Waaaa he was my student” like man shut up. Its not even a “cool motive, still murder” situation.
I mean Uther shutting up, not you.

I refuse to read the lore surrounding Uther in Shadowlands. Uther is dead, Uther has been dead, and Uther will continue being dead. He’s not undead, he’s not a re-dead undead anorexic spirit he’s simply dead. He was a legend, a failed mentor and a tragic character but one of the most influential Pallies ever.

He was and probably still is one of the bravest people on the whole planet one of the only people that was actually willing to confront arthas

Because he helped create Arthas.
BTW, Frostmourne is a cursed runic blade, and it was established previously that it could do what. So no “plot armor”, Uther was simply not powerful enough to do the same himself, as Tyrion and Bolvar did with their weapons.
The “I was misled” excuse is common among the Forsworn. I hear it from them as they die. But there’s no evidence they ever lost their free will.

Uther was a coward. He is a neckbeardest of the neckbeards. He probably was angered because he was wanting to get going with young Jaina but Arthas lockblocked him.
So much so that as soon as he died, he became a winged hobo.
Yea, so this might not change a whole lot, but aren’t the Kyrian and others like them in other zones basically slaves to the higher powers of those zones?
Not sure how well a holier than thou argument can be made in that poorly written place.

I’m pretty sure uther was a net positive on arthas.
Arthas was just a hothead and didn’t listen to anyone and a lot of people blame uther for not purging strathholme with him but that was because uther had a sound head on his shoulders.

The Forsworn really should have been better explored.
They were, but people did not liked the whole thing, most people were aiming other things about Bastion:
That quick slap was so spot on.
