respecced from rdruid to feral so I only had the adaptive swarm keybound and regrowth. Went from 1800 to 2300. It’s been fun fellas.

Q up p*#$! idk what ya’ll expect everyone crying because Feral isn’t garbage for the first time in a long time and can actually stand on it’s own. They’re crying because feral doesn’t instantly flop when it’s stared at too hard like they feel entitled to have it do. They’re crying because they can’t sit a maim and facetank a ferals entire offensive toolkit and survive easily like they feel entitled to.
I play Arms, Feral and Enhancement for my melee characters. Feral right now has about the same level of tankiness as Arms with less damage. Arms hits harder, outright, with the same gear. Enhancement has more consistently functional Survivability with the same gear and hits slightly under what Feral does.
Full stop, flat out, people are pissed because Feral isn’t garbage and is actually threatening + difficult to kill, the same as the other A and S tier specs. But people can’t handle that. They expect - they DEMAND - Feral be absolute trash at all times for reasons I’ve never fully been able to comprehend. Like they just feel like anyone who enjoys the spec deserves to be treated like trash.
Outside of nerfing feral frenzy there is no other changes that will be coming. People seething and malding whatever little hair they have left at the idea that a tank class is no longer a pushover and you can no longer facetank their damage with impunity, deal with it.
You will respect incarn
You will learn to kite if you want to survive.
You will not 1 shot orange names.
You will give up your rating until you learn to deal with it.
This is the new normal and I for one think its beautiful.

So many years i have been playing feral and its never been any good, the last time i can recall feral being good was in MoP and thats it and yeah maybe outside of MoP back in Wrath when ferals who were lucky enough to get gear they were good then to from what i can remember. But sadly the devs at blizzard cater to these individuals that yell, cry and complain about classes “OP”. And We will most likely be seeing some nerfs of what kind I’m not sure my best guess would be to the stacking multipliers for damage.
Also most of the people i have been seeing complaining are not even higher than the 1800 bracket and that’s everyone that i looked up from other posts with there seething comments in them.
I would also like to mention something that a R1 player was saying about feral. This R1 said something along the lines of “I’m not even sure what they could do to nerf feral as of right now due to the new talent trees there are a lot of options even outside of the current talents being picked by the majority of players that could work just as well”.
CC/avoid their offensive CDs or barring that, trade defensives with their offensives like you’re supposed to. Stun/fear are by far the most effective defensives to use against incarn. If you wanna get tricky, Duel for Arms or Shadowy Duel for Rogues to either cut the damage of the feral by 50% for 8s or outright deny them ability to even see their kill target for the duration also works.
Roll through their defensives and then secure a kill the same way as you would against a Warrior or Rogue or Ret or Enhance or DH or Survival Hunter or Monk.
God forbid you can’t just AMGZERGRUSHEKEKEKEEKEKEKEKEKEKEKEKE at feral anymore and they’re powerless to do anything about it except die like you want them to.

They didn’t do a restart, they brought em down for maintenance expected to take an hour. 100% this is getting worked on
