Dont worry, they made up for it with Resto buffs since druids are so far behind:
They nerfed it likely for raid (storing 3x TA in Stasis was a strong raid blanket CD) and they specifically want to nerf raid CD strength.
However, I’m really concerned about how it’s going to affect M+. Maybe they want us to finally try out Nozdormu…

It seems like they’re trying to give us more echoes again by making them proc off the new tier, but I have some concerns there too. Firstly, don’t love them gutting a talent to give us back that power in a temporary power system like tier (they’re doing the same thing with the new Resto Druid tier and nerfing grove guardians). And secondly, the new 4p gives us Echoes AFTER we use an empower, which seems counter intuitive. But maybe we’ll be swimming in them from the tier…

Yeah this is a bummer. Altho looking at the 4 piece and if it works with the Flames generated by the 2 piece…then Yeah i can see the need to do something about that.
Still I hope they change everything, when I have to Heal I have gotten soo used to Temporal.

Reading the patch notes and having no Leggy despite 20 HC kills Led me to quit the game.
I was Preservation Evoker Main but it seems like all reasons to log in gone and with these patch notes I’m not even sure returning in S3
